Absa Cover ups

Good day all, so this is now my 3rd review or reply. from Absa Group social bla bla bla, person Rezona. So this person has rep**** 6 times to me, all 6 times with lies and misinformation, i have sent her proof of the conversations, but she either can’t read or refuses to understand. So she goes back and forth. the emails from the agent of Absa, confirms with me that I have received a payment holiday, and that my bonds interest for the holiday, that he confirmed ends on the OCT will be capitalized. an Absa agent confirmed the above, this Rezona, refuses to acknowledge this, and the error.

Like she only says as per our records, but the issue is due to the departments not doing their stuff, we stuck here with incomplete records.

Best of all, i sent her the email conversations, its writing.

when they have an issue they bring recordings, and emails, but when the sho is on the other foot.

To follow on the above Rezona, now says theres no proof he said "the bonds will be capitalized" but the guy rep****" yes" to my question" will the outstanding amounts be capitalized to the bonds"

Absa AVF confirmed they staff member acted incorrectly and gave me the wrong confirmation, they fixed the AVF account. they also sent me an apology letter " From the outset we would like to once again offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused with regards to the erroneous on your home loan account." Clearly due the incompetence of the AVF staff member, and based on the confirmation of the mistake by the AVF manager. Now the Group Customer care, says the below " Home loans department advised you app**** for payment relief which was approved for 3 months effective from 07 April 2020 to 7 June 2020 and your new instalment was due to commence from July 2020, but no payment has been received. We have no records of you requesting for a second payment relief." Based on the above, there was no second confirmation cos of the stuff member's error, If he directed me I with have contacted them, he should have communicated correctly, we would not be here also. So fix my dame home loan accounts. I will now approach the ombudsman, and further consult with my lawyers. I have spoken to 9 people this past weekend, telling them to go to Capitec and Nedbank for home loans. ABSA is the worse Absa granted me a 30 year bond at prime 3 years ago. I accepted it, now for the FY21 Audit, we picked up they processed it as a 20 year, with a higher interest rate.
