ABSA costing me 2 years of my credit life!

Financial institutions can bully us most of the time. A year ago I changed jobs and my new employer did the debit order switches for me on all my debit orders. Except for my ABSA debit orders since the provided info was apperantly incorrect. I had provided my ABSA account number for both my debit orders but something somewhere was not right. Mind you, this was way before the debit order went off. Fine, I followed up with ABSA to get correct info, was sent from post to piller just to get the relevant info. I still have emails following up with ABSA employees to help me. 8 months passed ABSA still chilled with my request and follow up calls, only to find out they were updating my credit profile as 'Unpaid' all along and handing over my account.

When I found out this I was mad. I still followed up with them. When they decided to help me, still they did not load the debit order correctly and the money didn't go off for the 9th month. I again followed up for the millionth time as to why did the debit order not go through. They acknowledged the mistake and apologized but still this had already affected my credit profile for 9 months!

My question to Absa, why am I getting bul**** when I was the loyal customer who wanted to pay but they were the ones dragging their hills? How is it my fault that they were not helping me out with this while I following up? Can someone please clear my name? This has affected me enough.
