Absa cost me to loss my money

I dont really don't know how to use my words, I was **** 06/11/2025 , but realiz it's a **** I did phone the credit card department after a very long time someone anser the phone I did explain everything to the lady they said the only thing they can do is to put a temporary block on the card. But nothing was out of my account this people have every detail of mine , my account number/ ID number my home address they even know my last transaction. I was sitting in the bank this people phone me again the lady in the bank phone the credit card department after a very long time tey answer the phone at that time it was to late. My question is how can that people know all my details I do think it's a in side job and this wasn't the first time. I can tell you one thing this money will be lost the same as the last ones
