ABSA copping out of providing sim swop protection fro Windows 10 based phones.

ABSA are forcing clients to say that they don't want sim swop protection even when they can't supply the protection. In my case I have a Windows 10 based phone and ABSA have previously told me that their software does not support the windows 10 phones. If you do not agree that you don't want sim swop protection they prevent you from doing your online banking from your laptop.

I feel this is dishonest and they do not have confidence in their online banking security.
