Absa contradicts themselves.... Account Restructure

There is just a few things I would like to point out to Absa Debt Review Department:

We have been hindered and obstructed by misinformation provided by Absa regarding restructure.

1.) The date on the Debt re-arrangement plan settled out-of-court, left hand side dated 3 December 2013, but at

bottom of letter under signature of debt counselor is dated January 2013. (1 year difference ???)

Further, the 2012 proposals of the DC to Absa always having been acceptable, me the consumer and DC alike have been obstructed by an unnecessary protraction of an "out of court settlement" where Absa's own staff confirm that on the 22 November 2012 the proposal of the DC was both provisionally accepted and on the same date counter proposed. AND then opposed at court and subjected to an out of court settlement on the 3 December 2013. INCREASING THE OVERALL INTEREST CHARGED AND AGAIN EXTENDING THE REPAYMENT TERM.

Absa's own clerks confirm that the "out of court settlement" exceeds the system payment so one wonders why any opposition was raised at court to begin with??

2.) According to Absa records it indicates that they only received the 17.1 and 17.2 on 14 December 2012.

But however, there is a Absa letter that is dated 11 October 2012, stating in the first paragraph that (17.1) has

been received.

3.) At the bottom of the 17.1 document you can see the confirmation that it was faxed to Consumer Friend on the

4 March 2010.

4.) Letter from Absa Debt Review Department dated 22 July 2010, stating that as from the 1 August 2010

Consumer Friend will no longer be responsible for managing the COB and proposal process for Absa.

5.) Letter recieved from Absa stating recalculation was performed and outstanding balance as from 7 July 2015 is

R121 031.86. BUT statement for May 2016 showing a balance of R 130 185.79.

Please explain!!
