I responded to the email. Your urgent attention to this matter would go a long way in showing there are a few bad potatoes in a good bag. For now my family and I remain distraught and in fear of this money eventually disappearing because why are we quick to conclude a black man is involved in ***** when you could merely contact the provident fund , confirm this and release the fund . Going as far as seeking certified copies of id when he’s an existing client, why would the bank not have this on record?? We are very much traumatized by this situation
