Absa consultants bul**** and threatened me.

Absa finance department have really treated me like a ******** the past few months,there's a guy called Tyrone Naidoo who even went as far as threatening me on a phone call,non of their employees wanted to reach an amicable agreement with me,instead they keep threatening me.I don't understand why I keep getting calls from different people handling my case,I am tired of the inconsistency...I have spoken to almost 7 people and only one guy Sechaba was able to listen to my cry the rest I'll treated me.I wish Absa could review the way my matter was handled so that we can come to a better arrangement.All the consultants want is to bully me into getting myself into an arrangement that they want not what I feel is best for my pocket and if I don't badge they throw threats around,they went as far as having two guys follow me around at the shops whilst I was with my daughter.That is not safe at all because the guys could not provide me with identification to proove that they work for Absa.I feel unheard,bul**** and unfairly treated Unfortunately I did not get my call references because I did not think I will need to report all this but Tyrone Naidoo is the main character in bullying me and I even had to block his number.One of the guys even gave me wrong information and everytime I raise this with Absa no one gives me a straight answer.
