My sincere, heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Russell Edwards from Absa bank who resolved my grievance when it was discarded by the office of the CEO. Russell came to my rescue, eased my anxieties, made me understand the charges incurred and how to avoid such because I'm banking with absa while living abroad. Thank you for valuing the underdog despite the insignificant bank balance and loosening the bureaucratic red tape to make me breathe a little. Kudos to you🙂
