Absa consultant trying to rob me after they bad service

I went to Absa to get some money for emergency needs asked to leave work for a few minutes.Little did I know i would spend 3hours waiting for assistance with just two ppl ahead of me.My usual bank was rather busy because it's month end and then I thought let me try absa maybe I can develop a new relationship there.Worst mistake!!I finally got help but partially because I didn't even get the money gotten the run around went back twice still got no help decided to go back to the bank I always use,got the money in 15 mins when I go back and tell them I want to cancel the whole thing they threaten me about me paying an initial fee of money I never even got in my account.They said my initial fee will accumulate interest now that I got help elsewhere someone can actually call me the whole time I was the one asking for feedbank and they still want to rob me off of money they never gave me?
