ABSA Consultant (Ditebogo Se***a) - Excellent Service
After all my frustrations with ABSA, I finally had the privilege to be phoned by Ditebogo Se***a. As per her e-mail she is a Skybranch Snr Specialist Consultant.
What a pleasure - for the first time everything was explained to me in detail and proper customer service were given.
I honestly hope that this review will reach the correct channels!
