ABSA Consolidation Loan Issue

I app**** for a loan of R40 000.00 at Absa bank Newcastle mall in Kzn on the 27th September 2018.

I had another loan with African Bank with the settlement amount of R18 126.00 which Absa advised me to settle it.

The loan amount with Absa then was R 59 333.00.

R40 000.00 was transferred into my account. Up to this date R18 126.00 is neither with African Bank nor in my account. I had been to the branch several times but can't get help. On the 24th Wednesday, they said it's better that they transfer this R 18 126.00 into my account so that I myself can pay African Bank.

That was to be done first thing on Friday the 26th because the manager was absent to authorize and would be back on Friday.

They would transfer the money and call me so they would increase my limit to enable me to pay African Bank

Up to this date, no notification of money deposited into my account and no phone call from the branch.

I'm afraid now it's nearly month-end where I'm supposed to start paying my first installment for money that is nowhere. Please help me.
