ABSA Confidential document at the gate without clients concern

Good day,

On 08 September 2022 when I got to my house. Right at the gate I find a letter at the gate from ABSA.

The letter was already opened and it was my bank statement in it.

I did not request for my bank statement to be sent to my house.

If I need one I will go to the bank.

Its only been two months banking with ABSA and I am so disappointed in this bank.

How can you put a confidential document at the gate where everyone passes.

That is a total turn off.

Could you please refrain from sending my banking details to my home address.

Rather send it to my email address
