Absa con artists
I am a customer of Absa but I am not happy with Absa and I won't recommend anyone to use absa. This people they dually insured me for the same house for five years and I only realised this thing this month. When is time for them to refund me my money they refund it to the bond which is theirs and when I enquire about it they say that if I want that money I have to ask for a loan. Now they want me to ask for a loan So that I can get my money that is due to me. This is a day light *******. Please don't go to Absa they are just con artists. They don't care about us.

04 Apr 2018, 08:27I just want to bring it to your attention that Absa home loan has credited the 50% which is R15900. What I'm not happy about is the other Absa insurance that is administered by Brolink .They are saying that the 50% refund that I'm supposed to get is R4500. How did they come to such an amount. I need proof of that. Remember this insurances they all commenced at the same time. I'm disputing this amount. I need clear answers and the calculations that were done.
