ABSA completely unreasonable

Please see below how its over a week since my complaint and yet still nothing. just a lousy reply. thank you ABSA<br> <br> I was 21 when I took a loan from ABSA for R20 000 I needed the money urgently and had a great credit record.I needed the money to get a bike as I needed to keep my job by getting to work and had a baby on the way. I was charged 32%. I had so much problems at the time to get the loan and today after 2 years of paying R812 I simply asked how much I would have to pay If I want to settle and I was told R15 000. This is unbelievable! after 20 years of being with this bank and in around 4 years never ever missing a payment to any institution this is the treatment I get. I cant believe how bad this is Technically I have almost paid my entire loan but no the reply I will get here is to say that interest is calculated first. this is honestly the worst feeling ever. being imprisoned by this debt.<br> Add a new Absa Report<br> Inappropriate report?
