I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to Nthabiseng Sibande from the complaints department for her beyond excellence service in resolving my initial complaint regarding an estate late account. She kept to her word, sticked to the turnaround time in resolving the issue 7days and also maintained an open communication by providing updates and progress . As an absa customer I was on the verge of closing the account I had with ABSA and moving it to the another bank but after this outstanding service that I have received from Nthsbiseng, I ended up opening another account and taking one of their life products.
