Absa complaint resolved

I had a problem with absa recently. However, my perception of poor service changed due to the competent worker like Lebo Mashiane from customer care at head office. He understood my complaint which was legit and he quickly responded and got the manager from the bluff branch to call me and resolve the issue. I wish there are more client orientated consultants like lebo. It has brought peace and calm to me. Thanks Lebo.
