Absa complaint

Good day. I app**** for a home loan in 2020, i had requested for an insurance to be included which was going to be deducted together with the bond deduction.

I then was knocked by a car in 2023 which now resulted me to be on disability. I stayed in hospital for 6 months which most of the time i spent in icu but still i was getting paid by my employer.

When I was discharged after 6 months only i was told I had arrears. It was a back and forth that I had requested for insurance to be included which would have taken over the payment.

I then decided to pay extra R1000. 00 because it was pointless to argue with them and I was just not in a good state of mind. I had wished maybe some communication would have been sent to my next of kin atleast about this.

I then went to look for a car as I am now disabled and can't move around effectively but it's affecting me when applying for finance.

It's been months now requesting for my bond to be reconstructed so that the arrears to be cleared plus i will be pushing with that extra payment. I have been signing forms and sending them back but I am still struggling to get a car because my issue has not been sorted.

Life is not easy anymore I really need a car to make a living for myself. It doesn't help feeling sorry for myself and considering the fact that i also have a dependent.

Please assist. I need a car as soon as possible.
