Absa complain

Hi absa is really ridiculous with they bank charges... they have debit a 700 rand today out my account... they staff ******* me for changing my savings account to a check account... now my bank charges was 700 rand... so now I must sit without money without traveling fair and my son's creche fees... because of them I need to go borrow money and pay interest on the amount money that I borrow I'm so sick and tired of the companies that just want to do what they wanna... the guy at absa bank in atlantis told me a check account is much cheaper then a savings account... then he asked me to sign up for a funeral cover of the amount money that I save on the account... all they care is about making commission on sales... but they don't care if a person is gonna struggle... I have never experienced this with my savings account... and since I'm working I have always been absa never changed...
