ABSA COMPETITION PREJUDICE

I closed my ABSA bank account this week because a competition is being advertised for ABSA GOLD ACCOUNT customers to have the chance to win a trip to UK for the world cup rugby. Why only Gold account customers? My income is not particularly significant but surely that should not have excluded me from being able to enter a competition using my ABSA debit card just like a gold card. If one has a gold card they could probably qualify for a loan to visit the UK.. Also when I closed my account I wasn't asked why or thanked for my business..it was a couldn't care less attitude. I opened a Capitec Bank Account..all cubicles were open, I was greeted at the door, my banking set up in less than 20 minutes, everything explained perfectly with a welcoming smile. The charges are cheaper, communication on line are dealt with immediately. No more standing in the queue with only one or at best two tellers operating.. <br> ABSA in my opinion your adverti*****t is discriminating
