ABSA committing *****

ABSA journaled money unauthorised out of my current account, without even informing me or getting my approval... this makes me lose total trust in this bank.... An amount of R2 210 was mistakenly and *****ulently debited BY ABSA out of my Current account on 25 April 2025. I have tried multiple times to call customer service as well as the ***** department, but if they don't put me through to the wrong department, my call simply gets cut off and I am GETTING NOWHERE WITH YOUR SO CALLED SERVICE. I am paying daily interest on this amount mistakenly and ********ly taken and after being your client for over 35 years, I am definitely considering moving all my accounts to another financial institution. How can you take MY money out of my account and not be able to tell me where it went to? I am unemployed and now this? I want my money back with your interest you so gladly take from me!
