ABSA cobfusing matters with SMS messages that are false
I received an SMS to say 'your card is ready for collection at *** branch. Remember to bring your ID' After standing a in line for 30 minutes with only 2 people in front of me (as there were only 2 staff members), I was told that the card was not in fact there. That when the card leaves the card distribution place they send this message. I must wait for a SECOND SMS to say it is there.
What the hell stupid system is that.
