Absa closed my account through fica with no just reason

I'm quite ****ed off as my account has been frozen by absa due to fica. i was sent an email to an old email address I do not have anymore. After getting no reply from me(as the email was incorrect) they froze my acc. They did not attempt to call me or anything other than said email. This is my business account that I pay a lot with like my staff wages , suppliers to trade, groceries etc. which are due today and I cannot pay them. Absa has affected more than just me, my staff need their money. I took time I do not have to waste and went to my local bank where they could not help me. I had to call another branch and get explanation as to whats happened. I am furious that after being with absa for my whole life and have never formed anything ******* etc ever they could not call or sms and warm me prior to just locking my acc. I have not traded for two days so far and it has lost money. Surely this is ******* to do this to someone without suspecting them of a crime or ***** etc how can they just instantly close people accounts as they see fit with no crime related reasons being present. This makes me want to leave absa as this is the second time they have done this to me without them having to fit the losses I have gone through.
