ABSA CLOSE MY CREDIT CARD ACC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to cancel my credit card that took FOREVER to pay off and simply cannot get hold of the department telephonically. They place you on hold for ages until the call cuts off. Then when you go into a branch to close it you are told you HAVE to do it telephonically. WTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I am STILL waiting for ABSA to call me. I tried calling them over and over and am placed on hold until I run out of airtime. I cannot begin to tell you how exasperated and frustrated I am. ABSA CALL ME BACK AS PROMISED FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am STILL waiting for your phone call. This is what ABSA does - play ping-pong and the roller coaster just continues. I expect a call TODAY 02.03.2026 before COB by 16h30 latest. I emailed you a few times my mobile number.
