Absa close down rather

Why Àbsa why? I have been banking with you from a kid. Why has your service dropped so badly. Unauthorized amounts were taken from my bank account on Sat. I got a sms on Monday to say an investgator will call me in 2 working days. I had to call today. And was given a number for the investigator which is always engaged.

Absa please catch a wake up man. Reverse my funds. My money is not safe with my own bank
