ABSA client services
ABSA Cradlestone branch. What a mess and waste of time. The queues outside are 5 people strong. You think ok 5 people...when you eventually get into the door, there is another 8 chairs to move onto before you get to the ONE Client Services counter. A waiting period of over an hour!!! Poor!!
