Absa client service

Went for 3 consecutive days to Absa Marquard with no help. The lady ghat helped us the last 2 days very rude. The only thing we want to do is to load the banking app on my moms phone. There is nobody to override her. Ask to load a Beneficiary on the cellphone app, when I tried to pay, there's no Beneficiary. I phoned her, she said I can do it only on ATM. She never told my mom
