Absa client personal info leaking out

This is the second time that I'm reporting the same problem. The previous time you said it was fixed and the private messages, OTP etc of another client is still coming to my phone. This is very frustrating as I received his ct card and personal account info. Its more than 5 messages per day sometimes more and now I am also receiving calls from absa robot. This is unacceptable. I have contacted Absa numerous times and send mails and reported you last time on hello Peter but the problem is still not fixed i know his balances, his arrears and receive his OTP and transactions done every day...i think its time you take this seriously. You are breaking the popi act by sharing personal info even if you've been notified of the error
