ABSA Client *****

I paid money into a ABSA account, for paper, which i ordered from MAX PAPER SUPPLIERS' website, and I spoke to the guy. It turned out, they did not exist, and i lost my money. My bank, CAPITEC can't help me, because i paid it into an ABSA account.. And ABSA also can't help me. This is pathetic! we are paying insurance on every little thing at every bank. Where is there insurance to help us, when stuff like this happens!
