ABSA client confidentiality

I am receiving all of a ABSA client's personal account information and otp's via sms. I reported this a few times to ABSA gave them the ref nrs. of the transactions etc to take my cell number off their records and notify their client that his cell nr is incorrect on his ABSA account but I am still receiving his info. Isn't a clients information confidential or important enough for ABSA to follow up on this and notify their client? This is scary to know ABSA just dont care about personal info
