I visited the branch this weekend to make use of the Forex services and the tellers to get my wife a new card.
The lady at forex was friendly , helpful and good service , I was there 15min tops. I then headed over to the tellers where a nice gentleman helped my wife get a new card. Very good service and quick. 10min tops.
The bank inside is by far the best I've seen ever. It has a museum and modern stylish feel and look that makes you feel like you are on holiday.
