Absa clearly doesn't care about their customers

Absa doesn't care about their customers. I pay a fixed amount for my bank account but there is a charge that always come at a very inconvenient time, it comes once after some months and this time it cleaned up my account to be on a negative balance. I called and was told it was a change for using the app. It doesn't add up because they already deducted the monthly fees.
