Absa clearly does not want my business
Went into Absa to query interest rates on Absa's Cash Invest Tracker and was given two conflicting rates by two different consultants. When stating I was unhappy with their answers and that if they cannot resolve this issue I would rather move to Capitech I was told by the consultant "you are welcome to take your business to Capitech" and they stormed off.
