ABSA clearly does not care - do not bank here

I have an ABSA credit card, and for almost 3 months I could not pay as I had lost my job, ABSA called me, emailed me, bugged me and handed me over to a debt collection company who filed a case against me. The same debt collection company threatened me, rude to me. I finally settled the full amount over 3 weeks ago, and now ABSA ignores me, I am trying to get a letter stating the outstanding amount has been settled, but all my emails fall on deaf ears, all my calls get rerouted and rerouted costing me airtime so I have to hang up. ABSA - this is why I closed my check account, loans and everything with you. Worst service on the planet, definitely
