Absa claims there no credit insurance on student loan

Absa claims that there was no credit life on a student loan. If this was the case then Absa should first present us with the original documents where no credit life was issued on the student loan. No loan is granted without credit life insurance.

It has taken more than 7 years and still no assistance in this regard. Someone please help me.
