Absa Claims

Since my last review about Absa not dealing with my claim from 2019 about my lapa that collapsed since there was a previous claim in 2016 from lightning that struck the lapa, they handled the case with many emails and feedback to resolve the matter and it came to mind that their claim from 2016 wasn't even my house and all the pics and documents didn't match the claim as i explained to them there is a mixup somewhere.. They manage to review the claim and even send a assesor out and the person admitted that the pics from 2016 claim and my house didn't match. After that process they asked me to get qoutes as i struggled with some of the contractors to supply qoutes and after a while i gave them 3 qoutes that differences was between 172k to up to 242k to rebuild the lapa with a tiled roof structure as it was, with all the required materials like gutters, the chimney off finish, tiles that has to be replaced, electrical supplies and COC certificate etc, then again after that i waited for almost 2 months for feedback and i contacted them to find out what is the outcome, then it was said that they thought it was already been processed. Quickly they began and came back with a bullying tactic like in 2019 that their original assessment was evident and was correctly rejected and on the basis of my allegations that they attended to the lapa in 2016 and the fact that that the images on the 2016 claim were confirmed by their assessor not to be my property they will give benefit for the lapa as per Absa rates of 65k. After i asked on email that i want the pictures of the claim in 2016 as they said the structure of my lapa of 15 years wasn't supported right and i want to consulted my lawyer about the matter, then their bully tactic came again that they have made the decision to revoke the benefit offered to me on their following basis: However we discovered that the ombudsman closed your case( according to my knowledge they made also a fault because the facts wasn't right about their claims that i explained on top) after he maintained the rejection ruling in Absa's favour.

WELL DONE ABSA IT SHOWS YOU TRYING TO BULLY YOUR CLIENTS TO YOUR RULES
