Absa claims debit order was returned, never had a return EVER!

<p>Absa phoned on 13/5/2016 telling I did not pay for May 2016, payment goes off on the 1st of every month for the past 3 years. They phoned at a very inconvenient time and made me feel so uncomfortable, whilst I asked them to investigate and send me some mail as confirmation, which did not happen. Today I receive sms and voice operated phone calls to tell me I owe them money. I did send them my bank statements which is also an imbarrassment, since it is not my mistake and I have to prove my innocence. In the meantime my credit record shows that my account is not paid, and it is totally out of my controll since the money was deducted from my bank account. Super frustrated.</p>
