Absa Claiming my Vehicle belongs to them yet i paid cash for it!!

Please be careful of Absa they are real bullies to individuals. I have purchased a car privately from a private seller who had the vehicle registered in his name. I purchased the vehicle a month back and i just got the word from a "tracer" who contacted me that this car is up for repossession from ABSA, when I purchased this vehicle legally from the private seller in a cash deal. He had the original paperwork etc. Im still awaiting Absa paperwork to prove that this vehicle belongs to them. I have pulled out an HPI Check and it shows the vehicle isn't financed. I called Absa myself and they cant help me if Im not the one that apparently financed the vehicle yet im the legal owner of the vehicle. I will not take this lying down. This big institutions need to own up for their internal mess ups.. and we as innocent citizens have to pay for their mess ups. I will not give this vehicle to Absa they should punish their employees who have committed internal ***** if that was the case. I will not give my hard earned money away for nothing because ihave purchased this vehicle legally and have all proof!!!
