ABSA claim for geyser

*** *** Geyser claim. I logged a call at 8 on Friday morning. ABSA sucks. How can any company let you sit without warm water for 4 days? No feedback. I am really thinking of cancelling my house insurgence with ABSA. I have been phoning them consistently to follow up on my claim. This is really the worst service ever.
