ABSA Citrusdal

I had a problem with my credit card. There were transaction on which I did not do. That problem was solved after I contact Halopeter and the money was paid back to me. I stopped the card and received a new card. I activated the new card but since then, four weeks ago, I can still not use my credit card because the card is "hot". I went to my ASBSA , Citrusdal where thy told me that they can not solve the problem here and the lady said she will report it. I sent a e-mail to ***, that was the person who handled my compaint, no. C-***5, on the 26/11/2019. This morning my credit card is still "hot".
