ABSA CHEQUE ACCOUNT
I have been using absa for over 4 years now, I was using the savings account. I went to absa campus square to apply for the over draft. The consultant who helped me advised I switch to a Cheque account because it's cheaper, I believe the consultant and switched to the cheque account not know that I was signing away my money,he said to me it's only R65 per month no internet banking charges everything it's included on the monthly payment.
1st month I was charged over R400 for bank charges not R65 that I was told about, I called the cheque account department and the told me no it's cash send charges they are not included on the charges ?. Today I checked my account again I have been charged more than R 450. Please go to the absa bank with your phone record the chat between you and consultans so that you can get proof.
I Regret ever using absa cheque account, please be careful with absa bank, you will not be happy after signing up with them. I never heard problems with this bank before .
Please return my money and change my account back to savings.
