ABSA CHEATING AND *****ING AND THREATENING WITHOUT DUE CAUSE

When Virgin Money pulled out of SA, I elected NOT to apply for Absa credit. I continued to pay off my account regularly and settled my account in full on 07/07/2022 weeks before due date. Absa have now charged me extra fees - for what I have no idea. In response to my email querying this they now threaten to continue charging me. What can I do? Who else has experienced this same disgusting business practice by ABSA? This is ****************. Please Hello Peter, I’m desperate.
