Absa chatwall no feedabck

I have had a chatwallet enquiry for the past 3 weeks I have made 9 phone calls to absa and have contact the complaints department with my complaint but no one is interested I'm the one doing the calling and not one member of absa has called me back with any feedback

Worst service and didn't expect this from Absa disappoint.
