ABSA Chat Wallet

This Absa WhatsApp Chat Wallet is absolute nonsense. I’ve lost money trying to send cash to a friend of mine through cash send service and it went straight to whatsapp chat wallet. My friend did not receive any whatsapp chat notification and can’t access or withdraw the money. Worse part is, I can’t even reverse the transaction because it does not appear on the list of unredeemed cash send transactions.
