Absa Chat Wallet is very unreliable. Was sent funds for an emergency which I got a WhatsApp message to register, after the whole 5 min process I got an error message. After calling the call center, was advised it’s a technical issue on their side and the escalation will take 2-3 Working days to receive my money🤦🏽♂️😭 what happened to normal cash send. Such an inconvenience in an emergency
