ABSA charging for non-existent garage card facility.

A very long time ago I took out a credit card with ABSA with a garage card linked to the credit card. In less then a year I had lost the garage card and contacted ABSA to inform them and request a new garage card. After being told the cost to replace the card and the fact that I could just use my credit card at the toll plazas I withdrew my request for a garage card. Since then ABSA has continued to deduct R30 off my account for a “Garage facility service fee”. Why! All of the months following the cancellation of the garage card, those R30 fees should be credited back to my account. This is likely 10 years if not more of fees. Still waiting for a response to this.
