ABSA charging fees for non-existing garage card

I have just realized that ABSA has be charging me for non-existing garage card fee for nearly 10 years now.

I then sent email and requested that ABSA reverse all the charges into my credit account. I received a reply from ABSA informing that they are investigating the matter and will come back to me before the 14-January-2022, and I am yet to get a response. Very disappointed with ABSA poor customer service.
