ABSA charging double

We financed a piece of machinery on our farm. On capturing the details on 5 November 2019 I noticed that ABSA added the Initiation fee of R1207.50 to the purchase price AND added it on again. I contacted ABSA on 5 November 2019. I have had several conversations via e-mail and phone to a Mr Andre Venter from ABSA as well as Mr Mark Poley who keep on telling me they are busy with it. How long does it take for ABSA to fix up a very obvious mistake on their side? I also wonder to how many people this has happened as well. On 5 March it will be 4 months where ABSA has known of the mistake made by them.
