Absa Charges Separately for Internet Banking, Outrageous amounts.

The worst shamble ever. Ever since my account was with you guy, there is a random Internet Banking fee which was charged monthly. This monthly an outrageous amount of -R353.50 went off my account for internet banking fees. I need some explanation around this and fast.
