ABSA CHARGES ME RIDICULOUSLY FOR NOTHING

I've been ridiculously charged by Absa for transactions that never occurred, and whenever i enquired about the charges statement they delay and send when they've already charged the amounts, I've requested refunds but i'm never attended to and again now i'm charged for amount that wasn't incorrectly charged in December. This is disgusting
