ABSA charges fees to my cheque account in the amount of R1100 every month

I would like to express my utmost disgust with my bank of over 20 years. I have been unemployed for 7 months now and over the past few months ABSA has been putting my cheque account into a minus R1000 estimate every month. Im trying to make ends meet however they are trying to keep me down. I need these fees reversed or else my account closed. I have been sending emails and speaking to ABSA for the past few months to rectify this to no avail.
